In Acts 7:51-60 we see the end of Stephen’s speech and his death by stoning. The Jewish leadership reveals their stony hearts as they execute Jesus’ faithful witness. As we apply this text we see that, apart from grace, the world always rejects a true witness to Jesus, sometimes violently.
